2. Services
We provide custom web development, app development, AI integration, automation systems, enterprise dashboards, cloud infrastructure, lead generation, SEO/SMO, branding, and related digital services. All work is performed on a project or retainer basis as outlined in your signed service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a full copyright release and ownership of the final deliverables (websites, apps, dashboards, etc.). We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a separate NDA states otherwise.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, assets, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may result in timeline adjustments and additional fees.
5. Payments and Billing
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest. We do not offer refunds for completed work or digital deliverables.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our work will substantially conform to the approved specifications. We do not guarantee specific business results (e.g., traffic, leads, or revenue) as these depend on many external factors.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project for material breach with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all work completed up to that point.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
